For over twenty years, I have been capturing the stories of real people through original piano music. I call these Music Portraits.

Music Portrait Packages

Package #1: Music Sketch (includes 60-minute video call!)

1. I will schedule a 60-minute Zoom call with you or your loved one.
2. In the Zoom call, I will ask curious questions and listen attentively to draw out the power of your story. You will have the freedom to share your heart without judgment. These sessions are uplifting and often transformational.
3. During our call, I will improvise and record original piano music inspired by your story, capturing the emotions and ideas as they move me.
4. I will send you a digital MP3 of your unique song, along with my notes, and a license to use the song freely for personal use.

Music Sketch price: $300

Package #2: Music Portrait (official release on Spotify, Apple Music, and more!)

1. I will schedule a 60-minute Zoom call with you or your loved one.
2. In the Zoom call, I will ask curious questions and listen attentively to draw out the power of your story. You will have the freedom to share your heart without judgment. These sessions are uplifting and often transformational.
3. After our call, I will go to the piano and begin to compose an original piano piece inspired by the emotions and ideas of your story. Over the following 3-4 weeks, I will spend several hours shaping and perfecting it.
4. I will record the final track and have it professionally mastered.
5. I will create an original album cover inspired by your story.
6. Your song will be distributed as a single to streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and more.  I may even include your song on a future album! See an example.
7. I will send you a digital MP3 copy of your unique song, along with my notes, and a license to use the song freely for personal use.
8. I will include a personal video message explaining how your story inspired this song.

Music Portrait price: $3,000
Turnaround time: 6-8 weeks after Zoom call, plus 3-4 weeks for distribution to online streaming services.
